Product details:
The flange coupling of the gy-flange coupler is a rigid coupling for the coupling of the middle tenon and flange coupling. The structure is simple and easy to use and can deliver a large torque, but it cannot cushion the shock. The two semi-couplings with a convex edge are connected with the two shafts respectively with the ordinary flat key, and then the two semi-couplings are connected together with bolts to transfer the motion and torque.
There are two main structure forms of the flange coupling of the gy-flange coupler:
1. To realize the torque of the two shafts by means of bolt to achieve the two axes and the compression and shear of the bolt.
2. With the convex shoulder on a semi-coupling and the grooves on the other half of the coupler. The bolts that connect two half couplings can be passed by using the ordinary bolts of class A and B, and the torque is transmitted by the friction torque of two semi couplings combined.
